Bharathi is a visionary leader and the Founder of Agrowvitz, bringing over two decades of demonstrated expertise in high-end technology and software development to the agricultural sector. With a deep foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning, Bharathi leads the development of Agrowvitz’s AI-based futuristic commercial growing systems for farmers.
Leveraging extensive experience in Emerging Technology Research, Prototyping, and Innovation platform development, Bharathi has engineered a pioneering system that offers soil-less and hydroponic environment-controlled vertical farms. The platform, Nutribuddy, integrates cutting-edge AI and sensors to monitor farms in real-time, automate dosage, optimize inventory, and forecast produce and ROI.
As an expert in natural syntropic farming, hydroponics, and urban sustainable farming, Bharathi’s domain knowledge provides the critical link between technology and practical agriculture. This unique blend of skills is also reflected in the company’s offerings, which include agrowAi, a generative AI solution designed to detect plant leaf health.
With over 140 certifications, specializing in AI/ML and corporate innovation, Bharathi is a recognized advisor to CTOs, VPs, and senior leadership, and a national-level mentor in the Indian start-up ecosystem. This extensive background, honed during tenures at global companies like Accenture, AT&T, Mercedes-Benz, and Unisys, underpins Agrowvitz’s strategy and market intelligence.
Bharathi’s 25 years of training experience also powers the company’s mission to educate and empower farmers with training on setting up hydroponic systems.
Rajender Satyanarayana
Founder, Agrowvitz
Rajender brings more than two decades of leadership and advanced software development experience to Agrowvitz, with proven expertise at the intersection of technology and agriculture. An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Rajender has served as CTO of an AI-driven SaaS company, leading innovation and tech integration across complex industries—including impactful roles at global firms like SIEMENS, LTIMindtree, and Nummero.
With a strong record in scaling next-generation platforms, Rajender is instrumental in embedding AI and automation into hydroponic and urban farming solutions. His deep commitment to knowledge-sharing is reflected in delivering sessions to 300+ urban farmers and enthusiasts at multiple universities and his advisory role at UAS Bangalore, where he mentors aspiring agri-entrepreneurs in urban sustainable farming.
At Agrowvitz, Rajender champions the mission to advance SDG 2 – Zero Hunger, leveraging unique, scalable technology to empower a new generation of agriculture entrepreneurs. His rare blend of technical acumen and urban farming expertise ensures Agrowvitz’s solutions are both future-ready and accessible, helping shape a healthier, more food-secure world.
